Still, their technical support is excellent, with well-trained and highly competent support reps. The biggest problem I've had with it is that it doesn't work as well as it could with Google Analytics to track conversions on reservations made through their Online Reservation System code we use on our website. Google told me it's because the Google snippet they're using is outdated.
