> QPlant is a production planning and management tool for manufacturers of chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, automotive, and plastic products. It helps them use MES data in real-time. This tool takes the manufacturing order and drags it onto a timeline, featuring a proprietary database to store and instantly interpret big data. 

The system displays it on a terminal dashboard so that managers may regulate machine performance, output, and efficiency. Available in English, Spanish, and Catalan, it can collect data from virtually any computer on the plant floor, enabling managers to detect production instantly and take preventive measures. 

QPlant calculates productivity indicators, provides clients with order status notifications, shares best practices with partners, and reduces wastage. It combines the capabilities of 4 modules: QPlant MM for equipment and facilities, QPlant SF for raw materials and finished products, QPlant QA for drafting guidelines, and QPlant TA for tracking time and incidents.

Our objective as ERP Global was to standardize the way of collecting information in our 120 plants distributed in the three EU/NA/AP regions. With the linguistic and cultural complexity that this entails.
As a strong point I would highlight its ability to adapt to the needs of the business and its flexibility to provide connectivity solutions (Smartfactory 4.0).
Thanks to the information collected from the different plants with Qplant we can analyze and consolidate vital information for the improvement of our production areas.

Se minimizan los errores, se controlan todos los parámetros y permite mejorar el proceso tanto en calidad como productividad

La trazabilidad, la minimización errores en los proceso de pesadas, fabricación y el control exhaustivo de todos los parámetros de calidad in situ, en el momento.
