> **Pros**: SuperOps is easy to use. The UI is clean, friendly, and makes more sense than most. I love that RMM and PSA are tied into the same UI. No separate windows or browser tabs, everything is contained in a single window and everything talks to each other.&#10;&#10;And let's talk about their support. Support has been responsive and incredibly helpful. They have graciously assisted with everything thrown at them in quick time.

> **Cons**: SuperOps is still a growing company. While it excels in some areas, it's still a bit immature in others. 3rd party software updates are still all or nothing as it just pulls from winget. Deploying scripts is still hard to organize successes and failures. If something fails, retriggering it is easy, but tracking when things are actually completed, it could benefit from a job like feature to organize script deployments.

> Awesome\! I am part of an IT team using it and our support and interaction with team members has still been great. I know that SuperOps targets MSPs hard, but they are doing a wonderful job of keeping necessary parity IT teams on features and support.

> **Cons**: The product has only improved with time. Although there were some outages initially, the current uptime and reliability are exceptional.

> SuperOps has significantly streamlined our operations, saving us a lot of time and boosting our productivity. With the introduction of the new contracts and timesheets modules, I can now make informed decisions regarding my clients and technician scheduling. The support team at SuperOps is incredibly helpful; their tech support is top-notch, and our account manager maintains regular contact, ensuring we have everything we need.

> **Pros**: Absolutely nothing at all, it's just a toy company full of kids who know nothing about real business and how their bad decisions affect business.

> If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a complete disaster, and their support team is absolutely useless. Constant downtime, unreliable service, and when you actually need help, they ignore your requests or give you generic, unhelpful responses.&#10;&#10;We repeatedly asked for access to a backup of our critical data, and they failed to provide it. Every time their system went down (which happened way too often), our entire business was paralyzed with no way to retrieve important information. Instead of actually helping, they just gave us excuses.&#10;&#10;The lack of professionalism and responsibility is shocking. If you value your business, your data, and your sanity, do not waste your time or money on this service. They are irresponsible, their support is useless, and their service is a joke.&#10;&#10;We ultimately had no choice but to leave, and I will make sure to warn others on every platform possible. Stay away at all costs\!

> **Pros**: It's unified, which is where I came from. It has many features that we use, and the number one reason is that I could do ACH with Stripe. My former platform never allowed that, they force you into Worldpay. It also has a fairly updated, while quirky, interface.

> **Cons**: I don't love the chat-only support model. It can be fairly asynchronous, meaning if we don't fix the issue on chat, it might be a few days before we fix it or it might even fall by the wayside. The AI component is a bit overhyped, and that we have to pay extra for AI credits isn't great. I also don't like that I can't have a license for my Business Administrator that is just PSA.

> Overall it has been good. If you are savvy in systems, and not afraid of live chat support (AI first, however) or clearing browser cookies, SuperOps is a solid choice. It has also trained me to be better at business than I was on the old platform.

> **Pros**: Extremely streamlined and fast in both day-to-day usage, and when getting oriented/set up. Works very well with Macs compared to many competitors in the space.

> **Cons**: • Mac agent remains Intel-only as of mid-2025. &#10;• When working on a system sometimes the sub-tab selections aren't remembered when flipping to another tab within the SuperOps interface itself (for example, if you're looking at a specific workstation's "Apps" section and then move over to a "Terminal" tab within the SuperOps UI, flipping back to the tab for the workstation will often return to the Summary section, rather than remaining on Apps.)

> Very positive experience so far —The price is right, the basic functionality is solid, and they keep adding more features. Excited to see how the product and platform develops\!
