Diary integration with Outlook, allowing visibility for candidates to choose a date for interviews would be advantageous. The inability to DELETE a candidate from a Flow, as opposed to just rejecting them. The inability to remove a Job completely as opposed to just archiving the job. I've also noticed a significant uptick in my team's general morale as they feel that their time is being devoted more effectively to the larger vision of our brand.
