> **Pros**: The employee onboarding workflow has saved us so much time with our hiring process. We onboarded a physician in 2.5 hours\! That included a background check, references, and an NPDB check. We have been able to onboard our team members in hours, which used to take days or weeks.

> **Cons**: As an early user of Flow, there were some features we wanted that weren't yet available. The Flow developer was very helpful and took our feedback to make improvements and add new features.
