I have asked them to fix this problem for years, ended up having to cancel my account, and yet they still do nothing to fix this glaring problem. The interface isn’t as intuitive as they think it is, and they are not responsive to recommendations for improvements. After telling me they would look into the issues I was having, nothing ever resolved it, so they now have my client’s information and I don’t trust them. > > They say they are going to work on issues but never do. There are certain features that are more necessary for a small practice that does not have front-desk staff like the waitlist. This should be a base-level feature. The invoicing does not allow smart phrases. It would be helpful to use smart phrases in the "notes" section of the invoice or be able to duplicate an invoice when you check in a client. > > Great.
