Medical billing codes are updated in the cloud to help users stay up to date in their billing and insurance claim submissions. The system automatically performs electronic checks to determine a patient's insurance coverage. The software can check whether medical procedures are covered or not covered based on a patient's insurance policy. If a claim is denied, a new rule is added to the system that helps prevent denials in the future.


Tools for claims submission and follow-ups are included with the software. ViSolve can also be integrated as an extension to electronic health records software that a practice is already using. Other features include paper claims processing, appointment scheduling, insurance eligibility checks and connections to various clearing houses.

> ViSolve Medical Billing Software is very user friendly and navigation is very simple without too many clicks. The BI reporting dashboard has been very useful in providing useful insights about the practice performance. The Vendor is extremely responsive towards customer feedback and willing to enhance the product to best fit individual customer needs. I was using OpenEMR for my practice and given that this product is already integrated with OpenEMR, it worked well for me.
