Outlook is the best email I've had for business.
If I had a large corporation I would probably use a paid version of Outlook for our company email.
Pros
the clean interface and since it was a paid version there were no ads either!
Cons
sometimes I don't like using things made by Microsoft...

User-friendly email/calendar software
Pros
I find Outlook to be very user-friendly email/calendar software, coming from someone who has used Google email/calendar products in all of my previous roles. It was simple to learn how to use it and I like that I was able to download the Outlook desktop app on my Mac. This allowed me to integrate my other email accounts and calendars to have all of my email accounts in one place and also sync my calendars in one place. I'm all about efficiency! I also actually like having desktop notifications which you don't get when using the web version of Outlook, though that is an option.
Cons
One thing I do not like is how email threads appear in my inbox differently depending on whether I am using a Mac or PC. This is difficult because I work hybrid and when I am in the office, I use a PC, but I use a Mac when working from home. The Outlook app is a little different in general on a Mac vs PC, understandably so since it is a Microsoft software, but it would be helpful if the features and overall experience were more streamlined to be the same across different operating systems as this would make the experience more consistent.

Layout is not user friendly
Just not as user friendly as it should be. The updates are not good moves-you keep getting it wrong.
Pros
Not anything really. With multiple people working in the same email, it should sync better than it does.
Cons
Latest update put the icons for flagging, etc. way over to the right. These are functions we use every day as there are 7 of us using a group email. Flagging and checking off emails that have been taken care of is imperative. When the buttons were between the "from" and "subject" they were much easier to see quickly and we know if the email had been taken care of. With them all the way over to the right, they are not as easily noticed. Also, with all of us using it and an email comes in, it comes in at different speeds on the different computers. We all have the same computers.

Connecting People Together Virtually
Microsoft is a lifesaver for every professional whether it comes to being an awesome email client or an instant meeting/calendar scheduler, In a world where we have moved away from physical paper and files, this is the one-stop solution for maintaining that communication chain.
it is not software but a revolution for connecting people together. It keeps the communication chain unbroken.
Pros
The Best Features
1. Light Weight Client application for both mobile and desktop helps seamless integration with any number of email accounts
2. Integration with Microsoft Teams best for scheduling online meetings and custom reminders are very helpful
3. Calendar is a great feature that helps us manage the time and schedule things without conflicting with others
4. Integration with third-party plugins
5. Automatic replies & mail recall is the hidden gem of this product
6. Offline availability
Cons
The UI keeps on changing and it becomes difficult to find the options that we use as their placements are frequently changed, Microsoft should avoid changing it too often or at least keep things /Proper Icons in place. Else we end up googling for existing features after every update

Microsoft Outlook is the best!
My overall experience has been really great. I really love that the Microsoft Outlook calendar assists me in remembering all important tasks. I can also easily integrate with other products, which makes it convenient.
Pros
I love that it keeps all my emails well organized. I also love that I do not have to worry about spams as it automatically filters them out. Microsoft Outlook offers a wide range of features compared to other products, which makes it more interesting and fun to use.
Cons
I do not have any cons as it is very simple and easy to use.
