In addition to time and attendance, On-Time Web also offers leave management, overtime tracking, employee location tracking, expense tracking and integrations with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel and various payroll systems. Employees can enter time based on department, project, location and more. Employees also have access to a summary report that displays their hours worked. Managers can reallocate employee time or create rules to override employee clock-ins, and they can also create bulk time sheet entries for holidays or employee vacations. The geofences feature alerts managers when employees enter or leave a certain location, and clock-ins can be restricted to employees within that zone. The reporting feature includes built-in filters that users can customize as needed, and filter configurations may be saved for future reports. Pricing is per user per month.
