> **Cons**: The support received during onboarding was not very customer focused. It felt like the team in their responses assumed we should already know some of the information needed. Their are good materials online, which would be great for ongoing training or problem solving. However, there are things new customers just don't know and it at times felt like the customer support team was frustrated. There was also confusion about who to reach out to about what for example some things were handled by marketing and others by support. It would be great if there was an assigned onboarding specialist that helped with the entire process. During onboarding there are lots of email that is sent, but they seem to come from different people.

> So far, the experience has been good. Learning the new software has been fairly easy to pick up. We have noticed other features that would be helpful if included in the software. Mainly integration with Sparefoot and Davinci Locks. My biggest frustration with the software is that it gets really slow to load at times and other times it's unavailable. This creates a hardship on the business when trying to handle customer service. If a known issue is causing a shutdown of software, an email would be appreciated so we know you are working to fix it.

> **Cons**: This product does not provide me with the features I need for my business as I was lead on to believe during the demo. There are no configuration abilities when I was told the system was extremely flexible, and I’m pretty much limited to out of box features only-none of which work for us. So unfortunately we’ll now be having to use completely manual features, including using Gmail for the first email to people on the waitlist, since you can’t even send an email to the waitlist from the system. &#10;&#10;The migration process has been scattered with issues at every step minus Kelly’s part. There have been no communicated dates despite my attempts to get a concrete timeline. I’m less than a week away from our go-live and our customer card information still hasn’t transferred which prevents me from sending the final communication to tenants setting expectations for go live. &#10;&#10;I think the team is doing their best, but there needs to be one point of contact for all migration questions and a timeline established for every customer so we can determine how to work with our tenants as we see best fit. Unfortunately due to the disorganized migration process I will have had to send an email to all of my customers asking them to call us to buzz them in because our gate integration broke on the busiest day of the year, AND I won’t be able to send our final email asking them to join the portal until a few days before go-live because their payment information hasn’t transferred yet. This is a terrible customer experience, and unfortunately something that’s completely out of our hands.

> I am extremely disappointed. I wanted to like the system so much. There seem to be a lot of great features, but unfortunately these features are really only suitable for traditional storage units, not vehicle storage. I explained our situation and needs during the sales call and was told all of my issues could be addressed. Unfortunately none of my needs have been met. If it weren’t for the fact that we aren’t paying anything out of pocket for software costs, I would have already aborted the migration. What could have been a great solution has turned into hours of additional work for me every week, all of which could be solved through system configurations and automation. Some of these items are on the “dev roadmap”, so I’ll just be on the lookout for these enhancements while I manage my increased workload.

> **Cons**: Nothing stands out as liking the least, but not being able to send out a group text is an issue. I understand they are working on it now.

> The entire team at CC Storage has been great to work with. I looked at five different companies and narrowed it down to two. With CC requiring no monthly service fee, they caught my attention and I'm glad they did. I love the system.
