OASiS includes clinical charting, patient scheduling, digital imaging and billing applications. Its reporting functionalities are capable of generating data-based reports, creating mailing lists and running queries. Such queries may include information on new patients the practice attracted in the last six months, which patients have not completed recommended treatments and which have gone the longest without coming in for an appointment.


A part of the solution called "practice documents" allows providers to store letters, email attachments and call notes to a patient’s file. Dental charts, clinical notes, treatment plans and invoicing forms can also be stored there. The solution is available in Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, the UK and Europe.

> **Pros**: OASiS worked very well for our company once we finally learned to use it properly. The adjustment period was very long, but the software itself is excellent for veteran users with textbook level familiarity with Dental and Oral Medicine terminology, and users with advanced computer skills.

> **Cons**: The user interface leaves a lot to be desired and it is overly complicated. It could use a design face lift. I would never use it again unless it took care of that problem.

> **Pros**: The work order to pass on tickets to other departments is good as it allows who's action needs to be taken.

> **Cons**: I do no like the layout of the software. It is very old school and everything is in plane text. Very out of date.
