> **Cons**: Customer support was unresponsive and overall poor.  Integration never fully automated. Very few actual reviews were collected.  It just fell really short of what was promised and there wasn't an effort to improve it after numerous requests.

> **Pros**: What I like most about Broadly is how easy it was to set up, how easy it is to use, and how easy it is for customers to use. We have been using Broadly since 2019 and it has helped our clients tremendously. We are able to respond quicker and meet the client where they are. It has helped raise our google reviews and ultimately help new clients find us online.

> **Cons**: I have not delved into the mass texting/campaigns yet. I would love to be able to send one text message to a bunch of leads letting them know about a sale. I think the review request from Broadly should be more frequent that first week of service.

> Overall Broadly has been very easy to work with. If I have a question Kaz is there to answer it for me. It is a great piece of software.
