They often make excuses to avoid completing deliveries and reschedule them instead. In one instance, a driver made me wait in the rain for over 30 minutes, requested my location multiple times, and after I provided detailed directions and videos showing my home’s accessibility, he claimed he couldn't access the property. Additionally, there is no clear and straightforward way to report false claims by drivers, which makes the entire process frustrating and disrespectful towards the customer. > > My experience with Cubbo has been overwhelmingly negative. The delivery drivers are unreliable and often create excuses to avoid completing deliveries, leading to unnecessary delays. Their lack of professionalism, combined with the inability to easily report dishonest behavior, makes dealing with the service extremely frustrating. Instead of resolving issues promptly, the company simply reschedules deliveries, wasting the customer’s time.
