It offers two different solutions. The first is for small and medium events and the second for big events. The homepage is the showcase page of the event which contains main components including a small presentation of the event, registration section, info about the company. Registration allows businesses to identify the participants of the event and optimize networking through matchmaking. Operators can add and create multiple conditional fields and access attendee data in real-time. Once registered, the system automatically generates a personalized badge according to the graphic design of the event containing the information required. It enables managers to send personalized emails to speakers and participants including invitations for participation, congratulations for registration, reminders, and thank you for participation.

Real-time interpretation capability is available for all visitors attending the event on the virtual space (live streaming) with flexible settings for the number of listeners. The platform provides built-in tools of engagement such as votes, quizzes, surveys and allows integration of other collaboration tools. The speaker's page allows supervisors to promote speakers and the participant can consult the biography of the speaker and possibly get in touch or make an appointment with him/her. A virtual booth can contain a brief description of the company, a video presentation, sharing of documents, networking opportunities such as appointment setting, and video conferencing on the day of the event.
