I'm able to communicate and resolve most issues that come up. They were very helpful during a couple of recent elections when (a) the voter weight somehow didn't get transmitted, and (b) the client left out numerous voters. > > **Cons**: They still make website changes that cause disruption in the setup process. I can't find my previous chat to document so have to make sure I save it manually. There's a security exposure that hasn't been fixed. Long term; they may need to correct the parliamentary terminology that is used. > > Very good. Their 5 voter free demonstration feature is invaluable for educating prospective users. They have weighted precision where other vendors fall short. If there is an error made and the election is already live, you have to close the vote and pay to do it again. They were able to give me a 50% credit but it would be nice to have like a grace period if the error is realized within a certain amount of time once going live.
