Leave O365 Behind!
Love it, have all the basics and more, plus more integrations than I know what to do with. A great way to streamline work
Pros
The amount of applications Google workspace offers is incredible.
Not only do you get the standard email, writing, presentation, and excel type of programs you also can take advantage of several others that are incredible for business. The ability to use google voice, analytics, gemini, etc is incredible.
Cons
Not a con, more of a personal anecdote, I wish I knew the basics behind all of what Google workspace offers so I knew what I had available to me that maybe I wasn't taking advantage of. A demo or short explanation of each tool would be great.

Google Workspace is great for work and home.
Overall Google Workspace is a great suite of products for both business and personal use. I really like that I have access to many of the tools I use for work, in a free platform that I can use in my personal life. The tools share common functionality and formulas across the suite of products and integrate seamlessly with one another. I would definitely recommend it over the competitors.
Pros
Workspace in very intuitive and has a variety of business productivity application in one integrated platform. The applications function similar to other products that I have used and they integrate with products such as Microsoft Word and Excel, which makes transitioning from other products easy.
Cons
It took some time to adjust to using some of the more advanced features of Sheets. The Macros are similar to Excel, but there were enough differences that I found myself "googling" to understand how to replicate the Excel Macros in Sheets.

All in One Digital Workspace
As an educator, Google Workspace is a timesaver. We use the entire G Suite. It is extremely intuitive and easy to use. It has many features but doesn't get burdensome by too many features.
Pros
Google Workspace seamlessly integrates everything you need as a teacher all saved in the cloud. As a teacher for 20 years, I have moved over from other document/presentation/calendar formats to using the apps in Google Workspace almost exclusively. I love that it automatically saves your work. Also, the different apps work together to streamline your work.
Cons
Although the templates in some of the apps are good, I have found myself going to other places to find templates as the ones built in are somewhat dated.

The optimum solution for SME
As a company, we are very happy to work with Google Workspace and we totally recommend it, especially if you are hooked in the Apple ecosystem. However, if you are able to have a small IT team, I would recommend to avoid using it as a "one-stop-shop" for your IT needs as there are some other, standalone products who work better compared to native Google Workspace Apps.
Pros
I really enjoy the fact that the vast majority of IT & software needs for a Small / Medium Enterprise are fully covered by Google Workspace: emails - software - files - calendar - meetings etc.
Also, the fact that all technical aspects & issues are handled by Google directly, help me saving time on a daily basis.
Cons
I don't like two facts on Google Workspace. The most important one is that Google Drive for Mac does not work as it should and there have been numerous cases were the files weren't syncing properly between different users. This is a real pain and we have considered moving to another vendor for cloud storage.
The other issue that we don't like is that all new features of Google are not always instantly available to users across our organisation.
