> **Pros**: Flamingo is visually beautiful and makes seeing who has what leave when a breeze. That means I don't have to spend a lot of time trying to figure it out from a tool like a traditional online calendar where it would be unintelligible. The ability to add teams and leave types and custom leaves means I can use different policies to reflect different peoples' agreements. Support is quick, innovations are quick too. It's improved even in the 7 months we've been using it. Reasonably priced too without a bunch of fluff.
