I sent support tickets in and heard nothing from support. On 2/18, I got back into my account on my own because I had set up a passkey for TikTok studio. I changed all the hackers info back to mine and started posting again. I even posted a video about my experience and how I got my account back by myself. On 2/27, I went to open TikTok and got a message that my account was locked and asked by support to confirm information to verify that it was me. I immediately responded with the information. I am really trying to build my account \[sensitive content hidden\] and it is so disheartening to now be locked out of that account for the second time in a month for multiple weeks with no response from support. If you know anything about the TikTok algorithm, it pushes videos out when you post frequently and consistently so this experience has hurt my growth on that app. I also do TT shop on that account so to not have access to it is limiting financial opportunities. I still have heard nothing from TikTok support.
