> **Pros**: This product is very simple to use and my clients love it\! My favorite features include the case timeline and eSign portal. The case timeline allows clients to communicate with us whenever they want through the app. As a result, it cuts down the amount of phone calls that come into the office from clients, allowing my paralegals to have more time to work on files. The eSign portal allows us to quickly and efficiently upload documents for clients to sign directly from their phones.

> **Pros**: SimpleFile makes my job as a paralegal a bit easier because it prevents numerous phone calls from clients asking about the status of their case; instead, they can just log in to SimpleFile and see what the status is. Clients can also write to us in the app instead of calling.
