Unfortunately, we opened right as COVID was shutting everything down so software training for areas outside of our norm wasn't "normal" > > **Cons**: The insurance verifying software isn't working as well as in the past. When you are in a phone message, you cannot open other windows to send meds etc. the time between windows is a very, very long lag time. That issue is not directly our office. this happened in the previous practice as well as with our billing office. It is also a very long lag when the dr is trying to code.
