As a reseller for OpenText's ECS/Delta solution for EDI, we have utilized these tools to supply EDI customers with information from both the automated flat file import/export functions of Radius and the direct database access to either load EDI orders into Radius or generate EDI Advance Ship Notifications and Invoices back to the customer. As an automated process, customer service will soon have the ability to utilize an EDI Dashboard to correct exceptions allowing failed transactions to recover automatically thru their intervention. But probably it's the way Radius is cobbled together - all these bolted on apps that barely work together, haphazardly assembled with no real attention to how users interact with the forms. 20 different ways to do the same thing with no guidance or instruction on why someone would use one workflow versus the other. > > My overall experience with EFI has been terrible. Buying this product is the single worst decision I've made in my career. I literally wake up in the middle of the night wondering what problem my organization will have in the morning. The installation and setup was wrong from the start and we've been trying to dig out of that mess since July of last year. Each time a consultant shows up to try to fix something, we end up with more problems requiring more "Professional Services"..
