> **Pros**: viele gute Tool, Weiterendwicklung von neuen und Verbesserung von besteheneden Tools. Das Fototool ist gut, einfach in der Anlage und einfach für den Enduser zur Nutzung. Das Einstellen des Tool Knowlegs Base.

> **Cons**: Die Toool sind oft sehr komplex (Bestelltool in Verbing von Mobil Payment, Digital Sign in dem was eingestellt werden kann).
Informationen von besteheneden Möglichkeiten werden nicht an Kunden (proaktiv) mitgeteilt - Beispiel; man kann ein Foto als Platzhalter einsetzen was solange angezeigt wird bis das richtige hochgeladen wird.
Erreichbarkeit von Support. Außer Frau \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] helfen kann uns niemand helfen
Es müsste einen schnelleren Support geben. In Verbindung mit necta (Schnittstellen)  tut sich Qnips meines Erachtens schwer.
Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Tools oder Anpassungen und notwendige Änderungen dauer einfach zu lange\!

> Wenn man Qnips als einzigen Partner für die Abbildung der Speiseplan als APP nutzt ist das sehr gut.
Kommen aber, wie in unserem Fall Schnittstellen zu anderen Softwareanbietern dazu ist es für uns als User schierig und kompliziert.

Insbesondere der Weg hin zu einem "Online-Kassensystem" ist noch weit
