I have really ramped up in all aspects of workplace communication and formed a strong professional relationship with my coach and these sessions provide a lot of support for me both in a personal and professional capacity . We work online and she supports me offline . We have worked together for a long time . I was dedicated to the program during my maternity leave and my coach has a really deep understanding of my workplace challenges and I feel these sessions play a huge part in my professional growth and they really boost my confidence . We utilize the time well and have so many resources in our Google drive that I refer to and work with on a daily basis . I can't share enough how much I value the support of these sessions .
