> **Pros**: It's super user-friendly. The booking system is straightforward to use. The "blueprints" of the bookable room layouts are accurate. The confirmation emails and Microsoft Teams calendar sync are great.

> **Cons**: When my company initially adopted it, the system required users to double-confirm their bookings via email, which was annoying. We have since dropped this setting, and it has made for a much better experience.

> Considering my company went from having no booking system in place to implementing YAROOMS, it has been a game-changer. It brings structure and order to an aspect of office life that desperately needs it.

> **Pros**: Relativiely easy to use once you understand that you need to plan in calendar before booking your desk. Application in Teams is very practical.

> **Cons**: Desk options (screen size for example) would be more practical if it was visible with a symbol on the desk rather that when hovering over desk with the mouse. The independant application on iphone is not very functional.

> **Pros**: Yarooms is a good application for desk booking as well as workplace management. The application includes good features such as interactive workplace map and check-in features to adequately manage employee work stations. Has a good customer service as well.

> **Cons**: Some times it is slow and glitchy. If the booking is canceled and someone else is sitting on the desk, it does not show the workplace occupied. Fault on the user per but still app should show not available.
> 
> Overall good experience, user-friendly and solves the problem of workstation availability management.
