> **Pros**: The support team is fantastic and the product works well to allow for call and sms to come through HubSpot.

> **Cons**: It's minor but they were not able to provide Voice on a free trial. That's in part due to the way that they have to commit to the service being used. I did ask what would happen if I didn't like the service (eg, if the voice quality was poor), and they offered a straight refund. So, a very minor friction point.
> 
> It's taken less than a week to get this set up. Be aware that there are regulations that these companies have to follow, for example Canada requires proof of business registration, and without it the account cannot be set up. What's great with CRM Messaging is that the integrations with HubSpot is somewhat complex, and in some instances, you may need to use Zapier. But their support team are incredibly competent and know how to get everything working.
