> **Pros**: The FP\&A platform helped ACA Group to minimize the financial statement compilation time and focus on budgeting and forecasting each month. We are also able to capture flux analysis comments and feedback within the platform each month. Management is also able to review the draft financial statements and the comparison to the forecast in the pre-close period, which cuts down on errors and unexplainable variances.

> **Cons**: Our internal finance team has not developed report building skills (while offered by the provider). As such, we need to consult with our external provider when we want to change or build a new report.
> 
> The FP\&A platform overall cuts down on close and reporting time, provides one location to review management and GAAP reporting, allows finance to share results with management monthly in an efficient and consistent manner - on an easy-to-use tool.

> **Pros**: FP\&A Platform is intuitive and easy to use for reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Our reports are set up so that we can drill down to the GL. Our budgeting and forecasting is also set up at the GL level. As such, we are able to report actuals vs forecast and analyze variances at the GL level.

> **Cons**: I found that account/user management is not easy. We've relied on Futureview to manage users, access, and security.
> 
> Overall, FP\&A Platform served us very well. It supported our reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes very well. Our FP\&A team became very adept at using it and it helped them partner extremely well with the business.
