It's customization options and ability to connect with other systems is unmatched in my opinion. Springboard provides total requisition lifecycle management all in one place - job posting/editing, candidate tracking, ample space for notes and documents and a portal for different hiring managers to enter interview feedback and offers. A critically important feature is in the candidate flow automation - it creates a seamless candidate experience, and helps avoid EEOC violations by setting required status checks and notation requirements for each candidate. > > **Cons**: There is a lot going on. Many features I can't remove that I don't use, which can muddle overall usability especially when first learning the tool. > > Very positive. The system can customized heavily depending on the styles of roles you are recruiting and has plenty of integrations. We have automated a large amount of our recruitment process through the system with tailored communications to candidates / interview scheduling/ SMS notifications/ talent pooling. We recruit a a mix of volume and individual roles and have been able to tailor the system well for our requirements.
