### "An Incredibly Helpful Tool for Volunteer Coordinators\!\!\!" — 4.0/5

> **Pros**: Vome has proven to be an invaluable tool to me as it has transformed the way I keep track of volunteer schedules, volunteer data, volunteer opportunities and GREATLY simplified the process of calculating volunteer hours for quarterly reports\! Additionally, the "forms" tool has REALLY simplified volunteer onboarding processes for both regular and one-time volunteers (saving me and the Cabbage Patch time, money and sanity\!\!\!). While it is not a perfect tool, it is really good for the services you receive for the price you pay\!\! Would recommend to other Volunteer Coordinators.

> **Cons**: Figuring out the number of individual volunteers coming each month is a bit challenging as Vome keeps track of the number of attendees who come to the Cabbage Patch (new + repeat volunteers) but it takes a lot more work to figure out how many unique volunteers are attending over a period of time. Additionally, the app does not always work perfectly and I can never seem to successfully share shift links to my volunteers. I also wish the volunteer sign-in kiosks would update automatically, so I would not have to manually refresh them each day\!

> **Pros**: Easy of use, reporting, cost and the scheduling.  I am able to set up a whole section for my trainers and that allows volunteers to sign up for the training very easily. Vome lets the volunteers to be flexible and add a shift quickly and last minute. Vome also helped me set it up from start to finish.

> **Cons**: I don't really think I have a con.  Of course, there is a learning curve and enhancements to make.

> **Pros**: Our organization as been using VOME for a year. Some things that we love is the customer service support as well as the team as a whole being extremely helpful and fantastic with our needs. We have also enjoyed the updated look and ease of use for the majority of the features.

> **Cons**: Due to this being a newer product, there are still some features that are getting worked out and updated throughout the year. Our organization in particular is having a difficult time with the accuracy of volunteers schedules and logging their hours as they are not all coming to one location and are spread out in many locations and platforms.

> **Pros**: How you can store files, create unique forms, and track every step of the onboarding process. You can really set the system up for your unique needs. We have multiple volunteer opportunities each with their own onboarding requirements and vome makes it easy to keep track of where each volunteer is in the process.

> **Cons**: It can be a little buggy, but this hasn't significantly impacted my ability to function and get things done. If you change the size of the screen it will kick you out of pop up screens, the email is giving me troubles (but currently being worked on), sometimes when you click on something it won't populate, you have to click multiple times. But for the price and the function all of those issues are pretty much not an issue.
