> **Pros**: The document management process is outstanding. It is simple to upload documents and attach them to the correct record.  It eliminates the need for paper files and storing PDF’s on a server.  The relevant documents are right at your fingertips and they are easily accessible by other members of your team who have the necessary security access.

> **Cons**: The weakest link in Cetec is the financial reporting because it is incomplete.  The reports it generates are accurate they are lacking in format, relevance, flexibility and number of options.  They are so bad that they need to be exported into excel to get standard finance reports.
