I submitted my license verification form on day one, but didn't receive a response until after the trial ended--only then was I informed that ePrescribe is not included in the trial. I was told to restart the process and was assured it would be expedited. Days passed with no update. When I followed up, I was instructed to submit a notarized letter and supporting documents, which I prepared at my own expense. The day before my scheduled notary appointment, I was abruptly informed that my account had been deactivated for being "fraudulent," with no prior notice or explanation. This experience cost me time, money, and delayed other parts of launching my practice.
