I am a CPA who needed something to track time from staff so it could be later billed but mainly needed the reporting to provide me feedback regarding staff realization and profitability on clients to make sure we are properly charging them for the service they are getting. > > **Cons**: Over the past year the software has become much less reliable. We have had trouble accessing the software or more specifically running reports. We try and run basic reports and the software generates an error and does not allow the report to be run. The primary report I need would be a summary of time spent and related billings by client by service code such as actg, tax, payroll. Right now I can run a report for a client and see the summary of my revenue and time spent but cannot determine whether I am making money on one service such as tax and losing on another like payroll. Mango is marketing as a software to help accountants and attorneys manage their practice but lacks the basic skills to do so. > > I have been working with support over the past year and continue to get talk and very little progress.
