> **Pros**: \[sensitive content hidden\] \& the ghost retail team have done a great job getting us up and running. They offer advice and support, and are truly invested in our day to day success. They keep us in the loop as the tech is changing and the directions they are going. They take our input and feedback to create stronger product.

> **Cons**: The biggest challenge for us is getting customers comfortable with the idea of direct video. We have trouble overcoming this obstacle. However, ghost recognized this and are creating new products to help ease that transition. It feels like they have a solid understanding of the space.
