It covers a lot of operational requirements from case noting, client check ins, billing and invoicing, and the form feature is also great. The team is super fast at responding to bug reports, feature requests, or general support questions. The team take time to get as much information as possible about the problem or request, and action support very quickly.

Our organisation has a very complex tracking system for quality and compliance, and while there are features to help with tracking documents and due dates, risk assessments etc the exiting features aren't quite fit for purpose to capture the level of detail that we need. The organisation of 'resources' and documents within participant profiles isn't the best - at the moment categories need to be applied and filters need to be used to search for the required documents. Having an option to create 'folders' would be helpful, for example: in the Resources tab it would be helpful to have a folder for organisational Policies and Procedures, so they are easy to locate and view. In the participant documents, it would be helpful to have 'folders' for things like reports, communication, document drafts etc so things are easier to find.
