- The functionality of the different graphs, drill downs and click throughs is great. It makes finding additional information about a certain data point really easy 
- The layout of the page is very clear
- The ability to change the filters with ease (e.g. date) 
- The visual of the graphs is also very useful, and again easy to filter
- Loads very quickly and does not refresh itself
- Linked to our in house software which makes it very easy to reach Lucinity
- The team are very helpful if we have any suggestions or issues
