When I switched it on few days ago, the message on the screen was 'Blocked', basically, I was told by the customers support team that I have to buy a new card reader\!\! > > It was great until it lasted. It seems to me, SumUp's main objective is sell as many card readers, they make a huge business selling the devices, which do not last long at all. It seems like a SumUp card readers are a disposable device, take few payments and bin it.
