> **Pros**: Am besten gefällt mir, dass man den gesamten Lebenszyklus einer Maschine sehen kann. Von Wartungen, über Supportfällen bis hin zu Selbsthilfen der Endkunden. Ebenfalls erleichtert es die Arbeit im Service erheblich, wenn die Kunden Ihre Störungen mit Checklisten alleine beheben können.
