When you make a mistake, then you usually have to start over. Basically don’t make any mistakes or you will be wasting extra time for sure going back over what you worked on before you made the mistake. I also don’t like how we don’t have the option to include or exclude information on settlements, customer load number doesn’t automatically generate on the invoice portion, the commodity portion doesn’t automatically generate on invoices and these are all things that I have to manually type in. Also, on the settlements, it doesn’t give a year to date deduction amount. > > Positive. It has helped me a lot. It has made our lives in dispatch way easier. I was a skeptic at first you can even ask Holden, our sales rep. I for sure thought that the AI load confirmation entering would have so many errors and I would be right back to hand entering loads. We did settle on the EDI as well, game changer\! No more tracking shipments, it's only uploading the POD for the customer on their portal. It's fantastic having all dispatch and billing in one single app. We can pull up the BOL's in seconds for the customer or broker requesting them. Everything takes forever, and not too much organized. They offer 30 minute sessions, then they send you a recording of the session. That’s all you can use. Other companies offer: chat, customer service, on-site training, FAQs…just to name a few. > > Now, we manually have to download/upload hundreds of invoices that stuck in Truckbase. Why? Because they were billed from Truckbase BEFORE we integrate with QuickBook online. I found that their product was one of the only ones on the market that had an easy to use platform, good value for the price, and the AI PDF importer. I save so much time by not having to hand type everything from my rate confirmations into TruckBase. If a RC does not read properly, I can send it over to support for it to be "trained". They are proactive in getting things right for the customer. The team updates you when they are having updates or any bugs in the system that slow it down. TruckBase consistently checks in on the company to make sure that we are satisfied with their product. The possibilities seem endless with what TruckBase has the ability to do. We are a smaller company with less than 20 drivers, mostly owner-operators. > > **Cons**: I wish the AI PDF importer was able to use from handheld devices or my iPad.
