unobtrusive.   Nice packaging and appearance.

Manipulating  trascriptions was clumsy, awkward and not user fiendly.

Program is simple and not technically advanced.

> Unable to edit transcripted conversations or remove portions.
Not useful if the device missed words or generated incorrect language.
