> **Pros**: The level of support at PayArc is great. There is always someone to pick up a call and willing to provide help when needed.

> **Cons**: I would hope during the after hours that the support would be able to assist on more technical things when needed.  There are times where I am told I would have to wait until the main office is open once again.

> The experience was great, have been recommending a lot of CP merchant as the boarding process is pretty seamless.
