Calls and responses were often delayed or indefinitely postponed, which added to the frustration. The features were never delivered or late, leaving us without accountability or resolution. This situation borders on fraudulent, and the lack of professionalism and responsibility is deeply concerning. They're good at selling the product, but as soon as they got my money, I had to nag them repeatedly to put the site together and spend countless hours just to get it going. This was for a new firm too, so it shouldn't have been that complicated since there were no cases to transfer over, but in order to customize the system, there was a lot of back and forth with tech that has been ultimately unhelpful. They have a strict "no refunds" policy if you choose to end early, so I pretty much wasted $2,000 on a nothing system that didn't even provide the services I actually wanted without the extra cost.
