> **Pros**: My staff has found the CRM to be easy to use, easily customizable and packed with features you wouldn't expect from most CRMs, such as pre-built project management templates that are free and already setup for you. Their automated lead to account flow is sensible, and I often use the "Command Center", which has all of your lead/client information, inbound/outbound email, notes, deal tracking and more. Without a doubt, my team is more productive with this system.

> **Cons**: No issues thus far - their team is easy to work with. They aren't the cheapest on the market, but you also get what you pay for. Overall, their CRM is a great value.

> In terms of overall experience, we have experienced more sales (due to being more organized and efficient), and we are more in tune with what's going on with our leads, pipeline, etc. I've worked with several systems to date, and this CRM is the most nimble (can use it for anything\!).
