The ability to view all screens, deploy scripts, and transfer files is always a bonus. Directing users to the remote support page is easy with a quick link or a added as a clickable on your website. Installing access on machines is as easy as clicking a button. No need for all the extra stuff that comes with other RMM's. This has definitely taken our customer support to another level.

> **Cons**: Sometimes it can be a bit hard for older users to find and run downloads. Theres lots of pop ups the users have to accept before a connection is established. This is easily fixed with a little bit of walking through but can become a hassle when trying to assist those who are a little bit less tech savvy.

> Overall my experience with Screen Connect has been very positive. It is my go-to when I need to remotely manage devices. I love its robust capabilities, and the price is very competitive with other software's that don't have as many features. Customer support is unmatched as well and they are always willing to take care of any issues with the software itself.
