Best HR tool a company can use
Pros
My favorite aspect of Workday is the User Interface. The software is very easy to navigate for any user, and requires almost no training.
I also love the personnel reports I can pull through Workday with our HRIS specialist.
Cons
The Workday implementation took a long time. It took months before the Workday team could implement this software for us to go live.

Solid Product
Workday has been a huge part of my HR experience. It is a great product and affordable for all types of companies.
Pros
Workday is a relatively intuitive product to use and learn. You can easily track all payroll services, days off, employee profiles and other things HR related.
Cons
The platform needs a little bit more upgrade when it comes to aesthetics. It has looked the same for almost 2 years. Needs a makeover.

Worday HCM is the only option available to me at work; however, it could be more user-friendly
Pros
Some features such as the work calendar and summary of benefits are easy to read / use.
Cons
Expense reports and related features involve too many steps to complete and can be confusing.

All employee data and documents are secure
There were far too many overlapping databases. Our answer to reducing system complexity and utilization was to use Workday. In general, it has been useful in reducing instances of duplicate data.
Pros
Workday has so many features and capabilities that it has completely superseded a number of other programs. The ability to complete the entire hiring procedure during normal business hours was a welcome bonus. Employee records and other paperwork can be stored securely.
Cons
Not that I actively detest it, but locating specific products has always been a challenge. The former, in addition to a search that is occasionally sluggish and glitchy, can completely ruin my mood.

In the last 6 years I used WD for several matters-hr-payroll- inventory management- time off- expenses report- business compenations and moreIt’s easy to use and really userfriendly for all the employees

Easy to use, great to manage people or inventory.
Cons
The layout should be dynamic, it is difficilt to come back to previous page.. will be interesting to navigate without tapping always on the bar or to go on the homepage
