Some of the most used and useful are time reporting for projects, time off request and tracking, and expense report submission and tracking. The basic user interface is appealing. The payment management module is a strong function that allows employees to access their pay and benefits. > > **Cons**: Not all of the features or functions are available from a list menu. Users must search for a feature or function much like searching for a topic or document in a content management system. It appears that end users cannot add to their favorite list, although this may be a function that can be restricted by the administrator. An example is the MyTime module. Even though it may be used weekly to submit time, it does not show up on list of routinely used features. > > Overall the experience with Workday Workforce Management is positive. While the user interface is appealing, it is not navigational-friendly. One must either know what the name of a module is to search for, or enter a few words to search with. However, searching on random words rarely results in what one is wanting to locate. Additionally, the expense management module is not intuitive to know what data to enter unless a document is provided with the appropriate information.
