I like the 'Home Dashboard' because it gives me an owner's view of my business and can predict how much revenue I have upcoming based on my quotes and jobs outstanding. We have a small team and managing invoices by far has been the biggest pain. Customers used to pay anywhere from 1-3 weeks after a job by mailing a check and now Service Buddy can automatically charge their card on file once a job is complete.
