For many normal users, work day most of the time is just the application where my employer loads my tasks and I have to complete a few times a year. I know it is larger and more complex than that, but that is the main use I have given to it. > > its okey in many aspects, but for instance I work in general motors, and I am not sure why we are not using workday as a full integrated platform. for instance my vacation, absences, payroll, etc are dealt in a total different 3rd party software.
