> **Pros**: -Integrated with human resources and customer service department, designed the needs together, open to team work, can be modified by different levels.-First adaptation and installation was very smooth, never seen a failure, took sensitive data from our old program and moved it during weekend without any issues.-Have also been using it to track the team, enables me to see the collaboration of the team, giving me a general view of my department, keeping me on track and letting me know about changes and alerting me on possible events in terms of the performance of my team.

> **Cons**: -Customer support takes serious time to respond basic queries, however sometimes surprises us and responds in a timely manner.-Small changes can be done internally, to go for big changes, you need to raise a ticket and every ticket costs a price. -Report can be exported to Excel, however the style is not very easy to customise, that makes us to change the style of each report that was exported.

> **Pros**: that it is easy to access, know and see all your pending activies. In that way you can be more easily on time on each of your tasks.

> **Cons**: Maybe one thing that is counter productice to workday, is how big it is. For many normal users, work day most of the time is just the application where my employer loads my tasks and I have to complete a few times a year. I know it is larger and more complex than that, but that is the main use I have given to it.

> its okey in many aspects, but for instance I work in general motors, and I am not sure why we are not using workday as a full integrated platform. for instance my vacation, absences, payroll, etc are dealt in a total different 3rd party software. So I would think that it is not me, but maybe overral my whole company that thinks it is not good for those applications. Not sure if it is too expensive to add those features.

> **Pros**: Workday is great for work management. It contains a way to clock in and out. Also manage time off, sick days and any other time request. It is user friendly, but also contains a way to learn how to properly use it. Plus any positions offered with in the company can be assessed and contain all the details about the positions.

> **Cons**: Sometimes it will not load, and you have to wait for it to work again.
