### "Essential starting place for most RCA" — 3.0/5

> **Andy** | *18 December 2022* | Automotive | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: It gives excellent coverage across most AWS resources and even shows how resources interact with one another. This should not be relied on as the sole method of debugging, but gives enough information to go to logs or other individual resources. It also gives really good profiling for how the overall software is performing.
>
> **Cons**: It has a 6 hour window... so if you miss it - you miss it. This is especially problematic because AWS reps can pull up info outside of that window but would look for AWS specific ids - which almost not possible (or quite difficult) without x-ray tracing to give easier querying.
