> **Pros**: We had been exploring different CRM options for quite some time, but most either came with too many unnecessary features or lacked the essentials we needed. Another major challenge we faced was team adoption.  &#10;&#10;With BIGIN, that completely changed. It offers exactly the right set of functionalities to track our daily activities, and my team found it extremely easy to use. The support has also been outstanding—whenever I’ve needed help, the support widget has provided quick and effective solutions.  &#10;&#10;Highly recommend BIGIN to any team looking for a simple yet powerful CRM\!

> **Cons**: As such there are no negatives about the platform. All the functionalities work well - If I did have to point out something then maybe the fact that the mobile version doesn't have a couple of filters - which again is not a deal breaker.

There's a learning curve as you'd expect but it's minimal. Bigin comes with an extensive suite of ready to go pipelines or you can custom build your own - either way, you could be up and running in order an hour.

> **Cons**: I haven't found any downsides yet as we're still only starting out - maybe they'll come in time. I guess being one of the lesser know CRMs, Youtube tutorials aren't as plentiful as you'd hope for but that said, it's not really that difficult to figure out how to do most things.

Ease of Use \&amp; Fast Setup&#10;- It has an intuitive UI, clean pipelines, and small teams can get started quickly.&#10;- Less learning curve compared to more feature-rich CRMs; up and running in less than an hour.&#10;&#10;2. Affordable Pricing&#10;- For microenterprises or mom-and-pop stores, Bigin offers a lot of essential CRM functionality at lower cost vs “full” CRMs.&#10;- There is a free plan (with limitations), and paid plans that add more pipelines, workflows, records etc.&#10;&#10;3. Pipeline-based Sales Tracking&#10;- Visual pipelines (drag \&amp; drop deal cards) are yells of ‘Way to go\!’&#10;- Good for tracking leads, contacts, deals, reminders; light automation for repetitive tasks.&#10;&#10;4. Mobile \&amp; On-the-Go Functionality&#10;- The mobile app works well for me and my users. Helps us as small teams stay in touch with deals when away from desk.&#10;&#10;5. Simple Integrations&#10;- Integrates well with other Zoho apps and with Gmail etc.

> **Cons**: LIMITATIONS&#10;&#10;1. Limited Features / Customization&#10;- As we scale up, or if we have more complicated processes, Bigin may feel restrictive. Features that we find lacking include: more advanced workflow automations, complex reporting, cross-filters, deeper customization of stages.&#10;- Once our needs grow, we need to move to full Zoho CRM.&#10;&#10;2. Integration Constraints&#10;- While integrations exist, non-Zoho or less common tools sometimes are harder to connect or have less reliable syncs.&#10;- Glitches with Gmail add-on or with email/web-form integrations.&#10;&#10;3. Automation Limitations&#10;- Automation is more basic: recurring tasks are simple, fewer triggers/conditions, less sophisticated rules. For example, stage transitions, automated follow-ups have constraints.&#10;&#10;4. Onboarding Can Vary&#10;- Onboarding is less than ideal. Sometimes slow, reactive rather than proactive.&#10;- A few bugs/glitches or reliability issues appeared (e.g. missing form submissions, contacts disappearing) though not universal.&#10;&#10;5. Scaling Up is a Challenge&#10;- If a venture has many users, many pipelines, or complex data, Bigin may not suffice long-term. Moving up to Zoho CRM or other robust CRMs may eventually be needed.

> Bigin by Zoho CRM tends to be a good fit when:&#10;&#10;- You are a small team (2-10 people) or startup.&#10;&#10;- You need basic CRM functionality (lead/contact/deal management, reminders, simple automations).&#10;&#10;- You want something you can setup quickly, and with minimal overhead (not a heavy IT project).&#10;&#10;- Price sensitivity is important.&#10;&#10;- You mostly work within simpler, linear sales pipelines rather than very complex, conditional processes.
