A hidden gem for managers
Excellent software witha good price point for small companies.
Pros
This software has really important tools which can be found in other software but done in a really accesible, enterprise connected way. Our company uses several zoho tools which had become essential in our functioning.
Cons
A little bit difficult, it lacks the simplicity of software like Monday, but it's amazing in some other ways.
Reasons for Switching to Zoho Projects
Beacuse it connects with other software from the same company, and every app they have, has a lot of effort, making it unique.

Easy to use and intuitive
It was excellent, I liked it, maybe in the future we will take it into account as our project manager. In the meantime we will use the free
Pros
I like the interface that is easy to use and understand for the end user, and it is also quite intuitive.
Cons
What I liked least is that it does not have the option of a real time timer to record the time. (It is worth mentioning that if it has a section to record a time manually)

Good tool yet you need to develop it
It's helpful tool but difficult in customization, you have to give full support option to any client more than 50 users, not paid

Lightweight tool for small projects.
It was an average experience. Light tool for small projects works perfectly.
Pros
It is a very simple tool for tracking project progress based on tickets. Very basic tool would recommend it for a small projects. I liked the way search works in this tool and populates all the relevant items.
Cons
Reporting, graphs and many more featured like rich text editing are missing.
