> **Cons**: Appalling lack of customer service. Impossible to get a timely or logical response to an obvious problem caused by Zoho.

> I've open multiple tickets over 5 days and got just 1 canned illogical generic response. The customer support is pathetic and non-existence. I've got an IT degree and provided all the info and background to resolve the situation. Zohio is cheap, but don't do it as you're on your own if there is an issue and you just can't get a resolution to even obvious and simple problems.
